Casa Janna is a boutique guesthouse in rural Le Marche, located in San Ginesio, set among open hills and countryside.

The property is made up of three independent accommodations, each surrounded by countryside. Every space has its own entrance and outdoor area, creating a sense of seclusion while remaining part of the same shared life.

Traditional Marche materials, brick, wood, and stone, shape the interiors. Large windows open directly onto gardens and hills. Doors lead outside rather than into corridors. Rooms feel anchored to the landscape, with light moving through them over the course of the day.

Life here follows what is happening around the house. Morning light through the windows. Meals freshly prepared and shared. Afternoons shaped by weather, silence, and the view. This is slow living as it is practiced.

Casa Janna is intentionally limited to a small number of guests, allowing for attentive hosting and a consistently quiet atmosphere throughout the stay.

Natural materials define the interior. Brick, wood, and stone are used throughout, with a Calce del Brenta lime plaster feature wall that supports a stable and comfortable indoor climate.

Doors open directly onto the outdoor sitting area, with open views over the surrounding hills and countryside. Luna has a slightly more sheltered orientation, offering a sense of privacy and quiet while remaining closely connected to the landscape.

Il Cottage

The interiors follow the same approach as the rest of Casa Janna. Traditional Marche materials, including brick, wood, and stone, are combined with natural light and practical comfort. Air conditioning and heating ensure comfort in all seasons.

Outside, two private gardens wrap around the house. One looks towards the swimming pool, the other opens onto the hills. Doors lead directly outside, and the gardens are used naturally for meals, reading, and time spent outdoors.

Il Cottage suits guests who want more space and independence, while still being part of the hosted setting of Casa Janna and its shared areas.

Casa Janna is located in the countryside of San Ginesio, in the Macerata province of Le Marche, within the Fiastra Valley, between the Abbazia di San Lorenzo in Fiastra and the Monti Sibillini National Park, and about 30 minutes from the Adriatic coast and the beaches of Civitanova Marche.
